Vaccination Day at LSUS

Attention all LSUS students, faculty, and staff! LSU-Health Shreveport will be hosting a vaccination day at LSUS Tuesday, April 20. The Pfizer Vaccine will be provided in the University Center Ballroom from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. 

This event is not exclusive to the LSUS community, but it is open to the surrounding Shreveport-Bossier community as well! Though it is not required to receive the vaccine, it is encouraged to pre-register for the event through www.lsuhs.edu. Click on “Register Here,” follow the prompts, and choose LSUS as your preferred site. Individuals should arrive with valid ID and insurance information on the vaccination day. However, individuals without insurance are still eligible to receive the vaccine.

LSU-HSC will hold a follow-up vaccination day at LSUS Tuesday, May 11 to administer the second dose of the vaccine. This event will also take place in the UC Ballroom from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Pre-registration is not required for the second dose.
