Do you want to learn how to stand out on LinkedIn? The LSUS Career Services will be hosting a LinkedIn Workshop Wednesday, Oct. 9 at 2 p.m in the Student Success Center. All students are encouraged to attend.
LinkedIn is a resource available to people pursuing any career field. Students and graduates can use LinkedIn to find internships and entry-level jobs. Director of Career Services Jennifer Flynn-McKevitt will explain why LinkedIn is an integral part of launching into the workforce following college.
Career Services coordinators expect participants to walk away from the workshop with an understanding of how to use LinkedIn to build a professional profile, how to connect with other professionals in the realm of LinkedIn, and how to use LinkedIn to find internships and jobs.
